Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Understand the business needs and learner profiles to define learning objectives and instructional design concepts and structures that support learning.
Create storyboards and scripts based on technical documentation and other source materials to meet the defined learning objectives.
Collaborate with subject matter experts to ensure the learning solutions are aligned with product specifications and business requirements.
Maintain project documentation and course folders.
Report the project progress according to agreed principles.
Participate in development projects related training and learning tools, processes and practices.
Team lead for the team of instructional designers and content specialists as per project requirement.
Execute Project Management and manage stakeholders.

Content writing skills and Knowledge of Instructional Design principles, theories and strategies
Experience in storyboarding, writing scripts and scenarios for technical training materials for different training types (ILT, VILT, eLearning, video)
Experience in designing for different types of eLearning; Gamification, game-based learning, scenario-based learning and simulations
Team leading / supervisor experience
Experience in working with global customers and stakeholders in technical field
Experience in Project Management in learning design domain.
Excellent oral and written communication skills in English

Proven experience in designing pedagogically effective learning solutions
