Job Description

Role & responsibilities

  • Must have handled post offer engagement activities - Joining formalities document process for new joiners, Induction and Orientation.
  • Maintaining attendance sheet of employees and sharing the same with Payroll team for further processing.
  • Handling and resolving employee grievances. Respond to routine query on HR policies and procedures and identify and resolve potential issue raised by employee.
  • Should have good negotiation/ counselling skill and must be proactive in taking measures to retain employee and control attrition.
  • Conducting Townhall for employees.
  • Responsible for employee feedback survey.
  • Must have basic knowledge of statutory compliance EPFO Act / ESIC Act/ Bonus Act and CLRA Act and ability to represent client audit.
  • Maintain employee dash board and ability to share data with various stakeholders within deadlines.
  • Should have good knowledge in MS Excel.
  • Experienced in employee Exit management timely dispatch of relieving letter, bench Management, F&F processing.

Preferred candidate profile

  • Good Communication Skills in English.

  • HR Operation experience is mandatory.

  • Minimum 1 yrs exp is mandatory.
