Urgent Hiring - Assistant Manager - Marketing @ Ghatkopar

• Team Leadership

  : Manage and guide a team of marketing executives, graphic designers, and video editors for day-to-day operations and campaign execution.

• Strategic Planning

  : Develop and implement marketing strategies for project launches, offers, and branding initiatives across all platforms.

• Project Ownership

  : Take complete ownership of marketing activities for assigned projects from ideation to execution, ensuring timely delivery and quality.

• Client Representation

  : Confidently represent Megaplex Prime and its marketing strengths during meetings and presentations with developers and external partners.

• Digital & Offline Marketing

  : Oversee digital campaigns, social media content, online lead generation, and offline advertising like hoardings, newspapers, radio, etc.

• Social Media Management

  : Plan, schedule, and monitor all social media handles of the brand and individual projects.

• Marketing Budgeting

  : Prepare and manage marketing budgets for individual projects, ensuring cost-effective execution with maximum impact.

• Sales Activation Support

  : Coordinate with the sales team for on-ground activations, site branding, event planning, and promotional campaigns.

• Reporting & Monitoring

  : Track performance of campaigns and maintain marketing trackers, reporting progress and outcomes regularly to management.

• Vendor Coordination

  : Liaise with external agencies, printers, and media houses as needed.

Qualification/ Experience

• Bachelor's or Master's in Marketing/Communications/Media or related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in real estate marketing or a related industry.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Creative mindset with a sharp eye for design and content.
• Hands-on experience with digital marketing, social media, and ATL/BTL promotions.
• Excellent presentation and client-facing capabilities.
• Proven track record in managing marketing budgets and campaign success metrics.
