Urban Planner

Role Overview: You will be part of SYSTRA India's leading design team for metros, highways, special bridges, Urban Planning, and water projects. Your key responsibilities will include developing and managing TP Schemes and Land Pooling projects, conducting site assessments, zoning, and feasibility studies, preparing reports, proposals, and presentations for stakeholders, ensuring compliance with planning regulations and best practices, and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams on project execution. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and manage TP Schemes and Land Pooling projects. - Conduct site assessments, zoning, and feasibility studies. - Prepare reports, proposals, and presentations for stakeholders. - Ensure compliance with planning regulations and best practices. - Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams on project execution. Qualifications Required: - Bachelors in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or Planning. - Masters in planning (Urban/Regional Planning). - 2-5 years of experience in Town Planning Schemes and Land Pooling. - Proficiency in GIS, AutoCAD, and MS Office. - Strong analytical, communication, and project management skills. - Knowledge of urban planning laws and sustainable development.
