As a member of the design team at SYSTRA India, you will be part of a leading team that specializes in designing metros, highways, special bridges, urban planning, and water projects in India. Your role will involve: - Designing and implementing land use, zoning, and infrastructure plans for urban development. - Analyzing spatial, demographic, transport, and environmental data using planning tools and software. - Preparing technical reports, maps, and visual presentations for stakeholders and decision-makers. - Conducting public consultations and engaging with communities to gather feedback and build consensus. - Reviewing development proposals and assessing their alignment with planning regulations and strategic goals. - Collaborating with architects, engineers, and environmental experts to integrate multidisciplinary inputs. - Monitoring progress of urban projects and recommending adjustments for improved outcomes. - Staying informed on planning laws, policies, and emerging trends in urban and regional development. Qualifications required for this role include: - Master's degree in urban and regional planning, transport planning, environment planning, or equivalent qualification from a recognized university/institute. - 2+ years of similar professional experience with strong report writing, presentation, and analytical skills. - Proficiency in using urban planning software and tools for data analysis, mapping, and visualization.
