As an experienced Upwork Expert / Online Bidding Specialist, your role will involve generating high-quality leads, managing client communication, and driving project conversions through international freelancing platforms such as Upwork, Freelancer, Fiverr, and others. You should have a strong understanding of IT services, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record of winning projects through online bidding. **Key Responsibilities:** - Identify, qualify, and acquire new business opportunities from Upwork and other freelancing platforms. - Create compelling proposals, cover letters, and bid strategies tailored to client requirements. - Manage and maintain the company's presence and profile on Upwork. - Communicate effectively with international clients regarding project scope, timelines, and deliverables. - Convert leads into long-term business relationships through strong client engagement. - Coordinate with technical teams to understand project requirements and prepare accurate estimates. - Track bid status, follow up with potential clients, and ensure timely responses. - Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets. - Prepare regular performance and pipeline reports. **Required Skills & Qualifications:** - 2-5 years of experience in Upwork bidding and international client communication. - Strong understanding of IT services, web development, mobile apps, and software solutions. - Proven track record of closing deals on Upwork or similar platforms. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills. - Ability to analyze client requirements and tailor proposals accordingly. - Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills. - Ability to work independently and meet targets. - Familiarity with CRM tools, bidding strategies, and lead management. **Preferred Qualifications:** - Experience handling end-to-end sales and lead generation processes. - Knowledge of drafting SoWs, project breakdowns, and estimates. - Prior experience working in a software development or IT services company.
