With a strong global client base and expanding business opportunities, we are looking for a talented Upwork Bidder / Business Development Executive to strengthen our sales team and drive new growth.

Position Overview

We are hiring an Upwork Bidder (BDE) with proven expertise in online bidding and client acquisition. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, a deep understanding of freelance platforms, and the ability to generate quality leads, craft proposals, and close projects successfully.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify, bid, and secure relevant projects on Upwork, Freelancer, Fiverr, Guru, and LinkedIn
• Write persuasive proposals tailored to client needs
• Generate quality leads and convert them into long-term business partnerships
• Negotiate and close high-value deals with international clients
• Maintain healthy client relationships and ensure repeat business
• Collaborate with technical and creative teams to develop winning project strategies
• Consistently achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets

Requirements

• Proven experience as an Online Bidder / BDE in IT, software, or 3D creative services
• Hands-on expertise with Upwork, Freelancer, Fiverr, Guru, or LinkedIn Sales Navigator
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to handle the complete sales cycle, from bidding to closure
• Goal-oriented, ambitious, and self-motivated
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or related field (preferred)
