About the Role:

We are looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our business development team. As a Proposal & Client Acquisition Executive, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities on online freelance platforms and drafting proposals that convert leads into long-term clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Search and bid on potential projects using platforms like Upwork, Freelancer, Fiverr, and others.
• Write customized, persuasive, and well-structured proposals tailored to each client’s needs.
• Understand project scopes through client requirements and communicate them to the technical team.
• Follow up with clients regularly to close deals and maintain strong business relationships.
• Maintain and update bid records, communication logs, and performance reports.
• Coordinate with the design, development, or content teams to ensure proposal accuracy.
• Meet monthly bidding and conversion targets as set by the manager.

Eligibility & Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in any field (BBA, BCA, B.Tech, BA, etc. – all streams welcome).
• Excellent command of written English and strong communication skills.
• Ability to write client-focused and grammatically correct proposals.
• Basic understanding of IT services such as AI , website development, app development, or digital marketing is a plus.
• Comfortable working independently and handling multiple tasks at once.
• Proficiency in MS Word, Google Docs, and online communication tools.

Preferred Skills:

• Familiarity with freelancing portals like Upwork, Freelancer, Guru, or Fiverr.
• Basic knowledge of time estimation, budgeting, and client onboarding.
• Strong interpersonal skills and a client-focused mindset.
• Self-starter with a growth-driven attitude.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From ₹13,000.00 per month
