We are looking for a uPVC Window Product engineer with technical expertise in fabricating high-quality uPVC doors, windows, and faade elements. The ideal candidate should be experienced in handling fabrication machinery, reading technical drawings, and ensuring products meet industry standards.
• Read and interpret window/door fabrication drawings and specifications.
• Cut, assemble, and fabricate uPVC profiles using standard fabrication tools and machines (welding machines, routers, saws, etc.).• Install necessary hardware like hinges, handles, locks, and gaskets.• Perform welding and corner cleaning for uPVC frames as per standards.• Ensure dimensional accuracy and quality check at each stage of fabrication.• Inspect finished products to ensure they meet quality and safety standards.• Collaborate with design, production, and installation teams for project requirements.• Identify and report any issues or discrepancies during fabrication.
• Basic knowledge of site installation practices.
• Strong knowledge of fabrication standards and techniques for uPVC systems.• Familiarity with uPVC machinery operations.• Ability to understand and work from technical drawings and cutting lists.• Detail-oriented with strong quality focus.• Good teamwork and communication skills.• Knowledge of aluminium window fabrication is an advantage.• Strong interpretation of product drawing• Strong interpersonal skills
