Role & responsibilities We are looking for a uPVC Window Product engineer with technical expertise in fabricating high-quality uPVC doors, windows, and faade elements. The ideal candidate should be experienced in handling fabrication machinery, reading technical drawings, and ensuring products meet industry standards. Key Responsibilities: • Read and interpret window/door fabrication drawings and specifications. • Cut, assemble, and fabricate uPVC profiles using standard fabrication tools and machines (welding machines, routers, saws, etc.). • Install necessary hardware like hinges, handles, locks, and gaskets. • Perform welding and corner cleaning for uPVC frames as per standards. • Ensure dimensional accuracy and quality check at each stage of fabrication. • Inspect finished products to ensure they meet quality and safety standards. • Collaborate with design, production, and installation teams for project requirements. • Identify and report any issues or discrepancies during fabrication. Preferred Skills: • Basic knowledge of site installation practices. • Strong knowledge of fabrication standards and techniques for uPVC systems. • Familiarity with uPVC machinery operations. • Ability to understand and work from technical drawings and cutting lists. • Detail-oriented with strong quality focus. • Good teamwork and communication skills. • Knowledge of aluminium window fabrication is an advantage. • Strong interpretation of product drawing • Strong interpersonal skills
