Job Description

UPS / Electrical Spares Incharge AMC Operations | Bengaluru

Location:

proactive and organized UPS / Electrical Spares Incharge

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and maintain
UPS / Electrical spare parts inventory
efficiently.
Monitor stock levels
, maintain accurate stock reports, and reconcile movements.
Ensure
timely dispatch
of spares to AMC customers across regions.
Coordinate with field service engineers
for spare usage, tracking, and return.
Track and manage
defective spares
– send for repair/service and update records.
Maintain all
documentation and ERP/system records
related to spare movements.
Collaborate with internal teams for smooth
spare logistics, procurement, and stock control
.

Required Skills:

Sound knowledge of
UPS systems, electrical components, and Vertiv products
.
Hands-on experience in
spares management / warehouse / inventory control
.
Exposure to
ERP or inventory management systems (SAP advantage)
.
Strong
coordination, follow-up, and communication
skills.
Ability to
work independently
and handle multi-location spare movement.
