Key Responsibilities-

• Develop and implement core gameplay systems and interactive features in

  Unreal Engine (UE4/UE5)

  .
• Integrate and optimize

  VR/AR/MR solutions

  (Oculus, Vive, Pico, Quest, or other headsets).
• Work on

  performance profiling, memory management, and frame rate optimization

  for smooth experiences.
• Implement

  C++ and Blueprint scripts

  to build scalable and maintainable systems.
• Collaborate with design and art teams to integrate assets, animations, and environments.
• Develop and optimize

  UI/UX using UMG

  for immersive applications.
• Debug and resolve technical issues, ensuring stability across platforms (PC/VR/AR).
• Research and adopt the latest Unreal Engine tools, plugins, and optimization techniques.

Required Skills & Qualifications-

• 2-4 years of hands-on experience with

  Unreal Engine (UE4/UE5)

  .
• Strong knowledge of

  C++ and Unreal Blueprints

  .
• Proven experience with

  VR/AR integration

  and device SDKs (Oculus/SteamVR/OpenXR).
• Strong skills in

  game/application optimization

  (rendering, shaders, memory, draw calls, GPU/CPU profiling).
• Understanding of

  physics, gameplay mechanics, and interaction systems

  .
• Experience with

  source control systems

  (Git/Perforce).
• Good problem-solving, debugging, and communication skills.

Good to Have (Optional)-

• Knowledge of

  multiplayer systems and networking

  in Unreal.
• Familiarity with

  HLSL/shader programming and Unreal Material Editor

  .
• Experience with

  3D asset pipelines

  (Maya, Blender, 3ds Max).
• Exposure to

  XR development frameworks

  and custom hardware integration.

Education-

• Bachelor's degree in c

  omputer science, Game Development, Interactive Media, or a related field

  (or equivalent practical experience).
