Unreal Engine Developer

Role Overview: You will be a highly skilled Unreal Engine Developer with 2+ years of professional experience, strong 3D Animation expertise, and solid Design knowledge. Your main responsibility will be to contribute to building high-quality real-time applications, cinematic experiences, and interactive environments that elevate Sportstech's gaming and fitness ecosystem. Key Responsibilities: - Develop, implement, and optimize interactive features, gameplay mechanics, and UI systems in Unreal Engine (UE4/UE5). - Collaborate with designers and animators to convert concepts, storyboards, and visual ideas into fully functional real-time scenes. - Integrate and refine 3D animation assets including character rigs, motion cycles, and environmental animations. - Create cinematic sequences using Sequencer, including camera animation, lighting, and scene composition. - Build high-quality materials, shaders, lighting setups, and VFX for visually immersive results. - Ensure seamless integration of 3D models, textures, animations, and audio assets. - Conduct performance profiling and optimization for PC, Mobile, and VR/AR platforms. - Troubleshoot animation pipelines, rendering workflows, and real-time performance issues. - Maintain documentation for tools, workflows, and production standards. Qualification Required: - 2+ years of hands-on experience working with Unreal Engine in game development, cinematic production, or real-time applications. - Strong expertise in Unreal Engine (UE4/UE5) and Blueprint Visual Scripting. - Demonstrated experience in 3D Animation, including rigging, keyframing, IK/FK systems, and animation integration. - Solid Design knowledge including composition, lighting, color theory, scene layout, and visual storytelling. - Proficiency with industry-standard 3D tools (Maya, Blender, 3ds Max, Cinema4D). - Strong understanding of real-time rendering, PBR materials, LODs, and optimization workflows. - Familiarity with C++ development for Unreal Engine is a strong plus. - Experience using version control systems (Git, Perforce, SVN).
