Job Description

As an Unreal Engine Artist, your role will involve developing an Unreal Pipeline capable of creating content for various platforms such as Web, Android, and iOS. You must have the skills to produce photorealistic renders for interior sets and product visuals, ensuring a minimum of 90% accuracy compared to real-life references. Your expertise in art and animation pipelines, content creation workflows, and Unreal's Blueprints system is crucial. Additionally, you will be testing and prototyping new image creation techniques and aiding in tool development to enhance the Unreal pipeline. **Key Responsibilities:** - Utilize advanced experience with 3Ds MAX. - Create interaction and functionality using the Unreal engine Blueprints system for gameplay. - Design complex materials in Unreal and establish best practices for material creation. - Demonstrate proficiency in various lighting techniques in Unreal and develop lighting best practices. - Achieve a minimum of 90% photorealistic accuracy in interior and product render outputs as per reference images. - Previous work experience in shading, lighting, procedural creation, scripts/Blueprint/pipeline work, optimization, and VFX-Strong prototyping skills. - Develop tools, automate tasks, work with shaders, and post-process materials in Unreal Engine. - Handle cinematic scenes, environment, and animations exported from other software, assemble them in Unreal, and optimize. - Optimize scenes by reducing scene complexity, analyzing content using profiling tools, adjusting project graphics settings, and negotiating between art and code for the best compromises. - Knowledge of AR/VR, exporting/importing workflow. - Skilled in cinematic, realistic lighting, and Camera animations. - Create a configurator independently with interactive solutions and coding for different platforms including IOS and Android. **Qualifications Required:** - Experience with programming languages such as Python, Javascript, C#, and C++. - Skinning, Rigging, and Bone Retargeting for Humanoids or Digital Humans in Unreal. - Understanding of virtual production real-time compositing using Composure in Unreal. - Ability to create reusable import protocols using Unreal. - Proficiency in Adobe Suite (Substance, Designer, Photoshop). - Understanding of how the various parts of a computer work together to render a scene. - Comfortable using content creation software including Photoshop, Zbrush/Mudbox, Substance Designer/Painter, and Houdini.
