Job Overview

We are seeking a talented Unity Developer with hands-on experience in developing 2D games and a strong understanding of multiplayer game mechanics. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building engaging games using Unity, implementing multiplayer features, and optimizing performance across platforms. Experience with Socket.IO or Photon is required, with additional networking frameworks being a strong advantage.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement engaging 2D games using Unity.
• Translate design ideas, concepts, and requirements into functional game mechanics.
• Develop and maintain multiplayer features using Socket.IO, Photon, or similar frameworks.
• Collaborate with designers, developers, and QA teams to deliver high-quality projects.
• Debug and resolve issues related to gameplay, performance, UI, and networking.
• Optimize games for multiple devices and platforms (mobile & desktop).
• Write clean, efficient, and reusable code following best practices.
• Participate in code reviews, provide feedback, and contribute to technical discussions.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in Unity game development (2D/3D).
• Strong proficiency in C# and object-oriented programming concepts.
• Multiplayer gaming experience is a must (Socket.IO, Photon, or similar).
• Good understanding of game physics, animation, UI/UX integration in Unity.
• Familiarity with version control tools (Git).
• Strong problem-solving, debugging, and analytical skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Nice to Have

• Hands-on experience with other networking frameworks for multiplayer games.
• Experience in card games or casino-style gaming.
• Knowledge of game monetization strategies and in-game analytics.
• Exposure to optimization for cross-platform development (Android, iOS, Web, Desktop).
