What you’ll own

Design & implement enemy / NPC behaviour using Behaviour Trees, GOAP or Utility AI.
Integrate Unity NavMesh, custom path-finding and perception systems.
Train & deploy ML-Agents (reinforcement / imitation learning) with Barracuda runtime.
Build in-editor AI debug tools, heat-maps and visualisers for rapid iteration.
Hook up SFX, VFX, UI events and telemetry; profile & optimise for 60 FPS on target platforms.
Deliver clean, well-documented C# and Python pipelines; collaborate async via Git.

Must-have

4 + years Unity C# with at least one shipped title featuring advanced AI.
Hands-on Unity ML-Agents training cycles (reward shaping, curriculum learning).
Solid Python + PyTorch or TensorFlow; experience running headless training in cloud/locally.
Strong grasp of performance (burst, jobs, DOTS/ECS or multithreading).
Comfortable working solo in a remote indie setup and hitting milestones.

Nice-to-have

Multiplayer bot experience (Netcode for GameObjects / Photon).
Procedural content generation or AI-driven level design.
Console, VR or AR deployment knowledge.
