Job Description

-Role & responsibilities

- Drive new customer acquisition for ESG solutions across assigned territory and industry segments.

- Build and nurture relationships with CXO/CFO-level stakeholders to promote ESG offerings such as sustainability reports, carbon accounting, ESG ratings, and impact assessments.

- Identify and pursue opportunities for corporate profiling, sectoral studies, and ESG consulting engagements.

- Organize and lead theme-based events/webinars to generate leads and enhance brand visibility.

- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely and high-quality delivery of ESG solutions.

- Understand client needs and align ESG solutions with their sustainability goals and regulatory requirements

Preferred candidate profile

-Graduate/post-graduate with 7+ in B2B sales, preferably in ESG or sustainability consulting.

-Strong understanding of ESG frameworks, carbon markets, and sustainability reporting.

-Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.

-Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently.

- Good excel hygiene is mandatory

- Experience in cracking sales closures primarily in the large-corporate segment
