• ?Management of Digital Properties like Website. Developing Content for the same like doctor's profiles, content on departments, content on procedures. Optimising the use of search engines (SEO).
• To drive ROI based digital campaigns for generating leads and target driven revenue for the unit
• Manage aggregators & maximize business leads

• Social media management, involves the optimum use of blogs, Facebook, linkedin and the like.
• Market communication material inclusive of video development, patient testimonials, newsletters, clinical newsletters and the like.
• Business associations with clubs, insurances, corporate, VIP's and celebrities.
• Understanding consumer behaviour through Focus Group Discussions (FGD), Market research through primary and secondary data collection.
• Competition mapping. Help the marketing team to arrange for competitor information (products, campaigns etc.) from the market and aid in market understanding
• Sending daily/weekly/monthly reports as specified by department head.
• Keep a track of all the purchase orders and corresponding invoices, to ensure timely payment & execution of activities as planned
• Create and maintain a catalogue of products and collaterals
• Keep a track of all the brand spends and provide monthly reports
• Help the marketing team for smooth execution of various campaigns
• Maintain internal signage & branding guidelines / hygiene at the unit as per brand guidelines
• Provide brand & marketing support to sales team for activities such as neighborhood camps, corporate events etc.
• Developing content / testimonial on national and international patient stories
• Event management such as health talks, product launch, media interviews & crises management.
• To build relationship with Regional Media/ Stringers, National & international media.
