Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Unit Manager located in Nanded. The Unit Manager will be responsible for managing and leading a team, driving sales targets, developing and implementing business strategies, and ensuring compliance with company policies. The Unit Manager will also focus on enhancing customer satisfaction, providing training and mentoring to team members, and reporting on team performance and sales metrics.

• Team management, leadership, and mentoring skills
• Experience in sales and business development
• Ability to develop and implement effective business strategies
• Strong understanding of insurance products and financial markets
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong analytical and reporting skills
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or related field
• Experience in the insurance industry is a plus
