Role & responsibilities

For Unit Manager / Agency Manager Health Insurance

1. Recruitment & Development

• Recruit qualified insurance advisors (agents) as per company standards.
  
• Provide training and coaching to advisors on products and sales techniques.
  
• Motivate team to achieve set business targets.
  

2. Sales Management

• Drive health insurance sales through the advisor network.
  
• Generate business through personal leads and walk-ins (if any).
  
• Conduct regular team meetings and performance reviews.
  

3. Business Planning

• Develop business plans and monitor progress vs goals.
  
• Analyze advisor performance and support them in achieving targets.
  
• Ensure adherence to processes and compliance guidelines.
  

4. Customer Relationship Management

• Maintain good relationships with policyholders and ensure renewal persistency.
  
• Resolve customer queries with speed and accuracy.
  

5. Reporting & Coordination

• Submit daily/weekly sales reports.
  
• Coordinate with internal departments for policy issuance, servicing, and claims.

Preferred candidate profile

• Graduate in any discipline
  
• Minimum 1-3years of experience in insurance sales, BFSI, or field sales
  
• Strong leadership and team management skills
  
• Good communication and networking abilities
  
• No profiles with low CIBIL scores should be moved forward. These are to be

  strictly avoided

  .

• Avoid processing candidates with gaps over one year,

  except in genuine maternity leave (ML) return cases

  .

• EPFO validation

  is mandatory to confirm employment continuity.  

  L1 Manager

  must provide comments justifying the gap.

• Re-hires are to be

  avoided.

Salary Package

Unit Manager-2.75 LPA

Agency Manager-3.25 LPA
