Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Unit Manager JD -

Lead and manage a team responsible for
client acquisition
through selling of
DEMAT and Trading accounts
.
Recruit, train, and onboard new team members to strengthen the acquisition pipeline.
Ensure the team meets targets for
account openings and TPP (Third-Party Product)
sales such as mutual funds, insurance, etc.
Drive individual sales efforts and achieve personal targets alongside team targets.

Sales Manaager JD -

Source and acquire retail clients for
Equity Trading and Demat account
openings
Ensure a smooth handover of newly acquired clients to the
Equity Dealer
for market advice and trade execution
Monitor client engagement and coordinate with dealers to
maximize trade volumes
Identify client needs and promote relevant financial products such as:
Mutual Funds/ Portfolio Management Services (PMS)/Fixed Deposits (FDs)/Insurance (Life/General)/Bonds & Private Equity products
Achieve individual targets for account openings, TPP sales, and activation metrics

Equity Advisor JD -

Execute equity and F&O trades
efficiently
Build and maintain client relationships
Cross-sell third-party products (TPP)
to clients
Monitor market trends and provide timely insights
Collaborate with internal teams to meet client needs
