Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Unit Manager to lead our Repayment Management team at Equitas Small Finance Bank. Roles and Responsibility Manage and oversee the daily operations of the Centralized Processing Center. Develop and implement strategies to improve repayment management processes. Lead and motivate a team of professionals to achieve business objectives. Analyze and resolve complex issues related to asset operations and repayment management. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business growth. Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards. Job Requirements Proven experience in asset operations, repayment management, and unit management. Strong leadership and management skills. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Experience working with small finance banks or BFSI institutions is preferred.
