Unit Manager - Recruitment

Role Overview: You will be responsible for approaching and contacting leads within the specified time period to recruit distributors or Individual Financial Advisors (IFA) for the Mutual Fund business. You will need to explain the opportunities and earnings potential in the Mutual Fund business to interested leads and persuade them to join NJ as an Advisor. Additionally, you must achieve the monthly recruitment target for advisors. Your secondary role will involve preparing MIS reports as per the instructions of your superior. Key Responsibilities: - Approach and call leads within the specified time frame to recruit distributors or IFAs for the Mutual Fund business - Explain the business opportunities and earnings potential to interested leads - Convince interested candidates to join NJ as an Advisor - Achieve the monthly target for recruitment of advisors - Prepare MIS reports as per the instructions of your superior Qualifications Required: - Preferably have financial product and sales knowledge - Possess good convincing power and communication skills, both verbal and written - Demonstrate a positive and go-getter attitude with a strong team culture - Show entrepreneurial drive, passion, and enthusiasm Additional Details: The job type is full-time and permanent. The benefits include Provident Fund. The education requirement is a Master's degree (Preferred), and the preferred experience is 1 year in sales. The work location is in person.
