Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Unit Manager to oversee the food and beverage operations in our hospital. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of Manufacturing food background

Responsibilities:

- Oversee the daily food and beverage operations.

- Develop and implement menus that cater to various dietary needs.

- Manage a team of chefs, cooks, and hospitality staff.

- Ensure high-quality food and beverage presentation.

- Conduct quality control checks to ensure food safety and quality.

- Collaborate with the culinary team to develop new menu ideas.

- Manage inventory, supplies, and equipment.

- Develop and manage budgets for food, labour, and supplies.

Requirements:

- Bachelors degree in hotel management or related field.

- 8+ years of experience in hospitality management and dietetics.

- Strong knowledge of nutrition and menu planning.

- Excellent leadership and communication skills.

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

- Client handling

Preferred candidates from Prior Exp in Manufactured Food
