Unit Incharge - Polyhouse Operations

About the Role: Keshorai Greens is revolutionizing sustainable farming through advanced hydroponics and precision technology in Rajasthan. We are looking for a proactive, responsible, and hands-on Unit Incharge who will manage day-to-day polyhouse operations from crop care to packaging and dispatch ensuring the highest standards in quality, hygiene, and productivity. You will work under the guidance of our Agronomist and Irrigation Department, ensuring smooth coordination and on-ground execution. Key Responsibilities: Supervise and manage the complete in-house polyhouse activities. Monitor plant growth, health, hygiene, and ensure timely nutrition. Coordinate with irrigation and agronomy departments for schedule execution. Manage a team of farm workers/labor and assign daily tasks. Oversee harvesting, grading, packing, and dispatch operations. Maintain stock records of inputs, packaging material, and harvest yields. Report daily operational status and issues to agronomist. Ensure SOPs and hygiene standards are followed strictly. Coordinate machinery/equipment usage and minor maintenance. Requirements: Diploma/Degree in Agriculture/Horticulture or related field. Minimum 2 years of experience in polyhouse, greenhouse, or hydroponic farming. Strong leadership, communication, and execution skills. Basic computer knowledge for record keeping.
