Unit Incharge Polyhouse Operations

As a Unit Incharge at Keshorai Greens, you will play a crucial role in managing day-to-day polyhouse operations with a focus on quality, hygiene, and productivity. Working under the guidance of our Agronomist and Irrigation Department, your responsibilities will include: - Supervising and managing in-house polyhouse activities - Monitoring plant growth, health, and nutrition - Coordinating with irrigation and agronomy departments - Managing a team of farm workers/labor and assigning tasks - Overseeing harvesting, packing, and dispatch operations - Maintaining stock records and reporting operational status - Ensuring SOPs and hygiene standards are strictly followed - Coordinating machinery/equipment usage and maintenance To qualify for this role, you should have: - Diploma/Degree in Agriculture/Horticulture or related field - Minimum 2 years of experience in polyhouse, greenhouse, or hydroponic farming - Strong leadership, communication, and execution skills - Basic computer knowledge for record keeping - Comfort with fieldwork and team management In addition to these responsibilities and qualifications, you will have the opportunity to: - Be part of Indias first PIMS-based hydroponic unit in partnership with Priva, Netherlands - Work in a high-tech, forward-thinking agri-business environment - Contribute significantly to shaping the future of sustainable farming in India To apply for this exciting opportunity, please send your CV to Achin@keshoraigreens.com with the subject "Application - Unit Incharge".,
