Description
Role & responsibilities BE Mech with 17-20 years preferably in tier 1 Auto ancillary units or Engineering Companies. Experience in steel wire manufacturing companies would be an added advantage. Candidate should be from a reputed college with a good academic record) Should have experience handling Production, NPD, Operations, Testing, Validation etc. Should have experience in complete Manufacturing, Design, Development, Planning, Production, QC, Labor handling etc.) Should have good exposure in Wire drawing, Rolling, Annealing, Hardening, tempering process Should be a self starter and able to lead and manage multiple units. Should have good knowledge of Quality systems, ISO, IATF Should be a self-starter and should be able to lead the unit without much support Should have the capability to run and take forward a 200 Cr company Should be able to look after the domestic and export market 80 and 20% respectively The company is one of the five major players in the world in its operational domain. Should be willing to work out of Coimbatore. Should have experience dealing with top management reporting. Should have excellent communication skills.
