Job Description

Responsibilities:

Production Management:

Develop and implement production strategies to meet production targets and quality standards.
Monitor daily production operations, ensuring optimal utilization of resources and efficient production processes / adherence to SOP. Continual improvement.
Continuously improve production efficiency and reduce downtime and wastages.
Manage the plant budget, control costs, and optimize resource allocation.
Identify areas for cost reduction and implement cost-saving initiatives.

Quality Control:

Implement quality control measures to maintain product quality and consistency.
Address and resolve quality issues and customer complaints.
Adherence to the Quality Systems.

Maintenance, Safety and Facilities:

Oversee plant maintenance and facility management to ensure equipment reliability.
Ensure that the plant complies with all safety, environmental, and regulatory standards. Develop and maintain safety protocols and procedures.
Investigate and report any safety incidents or accidents.

Management:

Manage team in efficient and effective ways so that sufficient leaders can be developed for future business requirements.

Supply Chain Management:

Coordinate with the supply chain and logistics teams to ensure the availability of raw materials and timely product distribution.
