Job Responsibilities :

• Conceptualize, strategize and oversee execution of projects/business plan in New Energy domain
• Drive business development and evaluation of new business opportunities in New Energy space
• Performance, monitoring and ensuring smooth and timely delivery of all assigned projects in New Energy
• Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within stipulated budget
• Develop and coach team members to build high performance team to deliver results
• Co-ordination with internal and external stakeholders for timely completion of the projects
• Identify areas of process improvement and implement process optimization in line with project requirements
• Establish team / process / systems to track market developments and support strategy implementation
• Support development of long term strategic barriers to ensure high returns from defined strategy
  

Education Requirement :

• B.E. / B.Tech.
• MBA from tier 1 institutes
