URGENT HIRING FOR A DYNAMIC FEMALE CANDIDATE!
1. To administer day to day operations and ensure manufacturing runs in a systematic, organised and disciplined, planned way one step prior or ahead.
2. To prioritize and assign weekly performance goals of employees and ensure their completion, and accomplishment of your own goals.
3. To Lead / Head, overall control every section /department of unit (directions through subordinate team) and accountabilities/activities (through subordinate employee’s Rank of order of importance and their job descriptions)
4. Maintain project timelines to ensure tasks are accomplished effectively.
5. Develop, implement and maintain budgetary and resource allocation plan.
6. Delegate responsibilities to the best qualified/capable employees and enforce all the policies, procedures, standards, specifications, guidelines, training programs, and cultural values for healthy and satisfied working atmosphere for all the employees.
7. Resolve internal staff conflicts efficiently and to the mutual benefit of all involved.
