Production Planning & Execution: Develop and implement production schedules to meet demand and delivery timelines. Monitor daily operations and resolve bottlenecks to ensure smooth workflow. Team Training & Development: Design and conduct structured training programs for production staff on SOPs, GMP, hygiene, equipment handling, and safety protocols. Evaluate training effectiveness and maintain skill matrices. Quality Control Coordination: Collaborate with QA/QC teams to ensure in-process checks, line clearance, and batch documentation are followed. Support root cause analysis and CAPA for quality deviations. Process Optimization: Identify and implement process improvements to enhance productivity, reduce waste, and improve OEE. Lead Kaizen, 5S, and TPM initiatives on the shop floor. Equipment & Maintenance Oversight: Ensure preventive and breakdown maintenance of production equipment is carried out as per schedule. Coordinate with engineering and utilities teams for uptime and reliability. Compliance & Documentation: Ensure adherence to GMP, GDP, safety, and environmental standards. Maintain production records, training logs, and audit documentation. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with planning, procurement, QA, and HR teams to align production goals with business objectives. Participate in NPD trials and packaging validations.
