Description
As a highly skilled and motivated Unified Operation Center specialist with a strong background in large strategic Aveva Operation Centre and Integrated Manufacturing Operation Management projects for Global Oil and Gas customers, your responsibilities will include: - Leading medium to large-scale unified operations projects on Aveva System Platform as a functional consultant, preferably in the oil and gas domain. - Leading requirement gathering, customer workshops, elaborating requirements, defining KPIs, use cases, mock-ups, and authoring FDS. - Designing and architecting Unified Operation centers by integrating various data sources and identifying use cases for the client. - Developing and demonstrating relevant use cases as a presales support activity. - Drafting solutions in technical proposals in response to inquiries and bids. - Supporting project/Organization leadership with all relevant information for planning and execution. - Working with the delivery team to support the application post-implementation and help in upselling. - Defining quality assurance approach and exit criteria for stage gate clearances during the project implementation and handover. - Having knowledge of various business processes involved in the entire supply chain of the Oil and Gas industry. Your technical skills should include: - Capability to define KPIs and provide use case scenarios for various departments/functions in the Oil and Gas domain. - Expertise in developing applications on Aveva System Platform/Wonderware. - Exposure to historians such as Aspen IP21, Honeywell PHD, Yokogawa Exequatur, etc. - Hands-on experience with integration of systems like OSI PI, SAP, ORACLE, Asset Management Systems, Safety Applications, Dashboarding & Reporting platforms. - Experience with development skills in PowerBI, Tableau, P2, Aveva PI Vision, Wrike, Web Solutions like HTML5, etc. - Working on Integration and Data Sources: Time Series Database, MQTT Protocols, OPC Protocols, RDBMS, OLEDB, ODBC, etc. - Extensive experience in customer handling, Requirement Gathering, Definition of solution. - Experience in leading the designing and execution of data integration strategy cross multiple applications using IT and OT protocols. - Working experience on deploying solutions on cloud/virtual machines. - Understanding of redundant/High Available configuration. - Know-how in configuring backup and disaster recovery. - Ability to read and understand blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Your educational qualifications and certifications should include: - B.Tech., M.Tech. in Chemical/Petrochemical/Process Engineering or any engineering. - Minimum 8-12 years of experience working with Oil and gas, Systems Platforms, and UOC portfolios. - Experience in working with large, diversified teams and as a team player. - Certification in any courses completed in AI/Data Analytics/Deep Learning. - Excellent written and spoken English skills without any constraints on traveling.,
