Job Description

Job Title: Pre-Underwriting Consultant

Location:

Koramangala, Bengaluru, Karnataka

Language Requirement

English, Hindi, Telugu
English, Malayalam

Education Qualification:

B.Sc Nursing Graduate
B.Pharm Graduate
Pharm D Graduate

Note: This is a voice process role.

Role & Responsibilities

Contact insured customers for underwriting-referred proposals and collect complete medical history through audio/video tools.
Follow up with customers for past medical records or relevant health documentation.
Explain exclusions, additional premiums, or altered conditions suggested by the Underwriter in clear and simple language.
Coordinate with medical service partners for test allocation, completion, and follow-up.
Communicate medical reasons for application denial to customers.
Ensure adherence to end-to-end TAT and SLA standards.

Documentation Responsibilities

Prepare and document a detailed Case Summary based on tele/video MER discussions.

Procure, evaluate, and summarize Past Medical Reports (PMR) and Pre-Policy Medical Check (PPMC) reports.
