Role Overview: You should be a Graduate (any stream) with overall 4-7 years of experience, including 2-4 years of managing teams working in Lloyds and London Market. It is essential to have thorough knowledge of insurance underwriting, and having Service Company and Cover holder understanding will be an added advantage. Additionally, understanding of E2E underwriting lifecycle processing will be beneficial. Your role will involve managing large teams to achieve Team Goals, taking process-related initiatives such as preparing internal reports/MI, and generating Process Improvement ideas.
