Envision Business Solution is hiring 30 Freshers for MORTGAGE ANALYST job role, with a Degree & strong fundamental in Finance Designation: Mortgage Analyst We are looking for the following skillsets in candidates: • Bachelor’s or master’s degree in finance / business administration / commerce • Must have sound logical reasoning & aptitude • Excellent Verbal and Written communication • Strong attention to detail and accuracy • Must be willing to work in the US/ night shift- WFO, Ahmedabad • Monday to Friday, 6:30 PM to 3:30 AM, Iscon Cross Roads • Working knowledge of Windows OS & MS Office • Should possess customer satisfaction orientation and a result driven approach. Roles & Responsibilities for Mortgage Analyst: • Perform a general evaluation of an application (financial documents, Credit History, etc.) • Gather all required documents & data from right sources • Verify information and references by contacting the right sources • Correct mistakes in loan application and investigate inconsistencies • Submit completed loan files with all conditions for final Underwriting review • Act as point of contact between loan officers, underwriters and sales team • Assist closing team during & post-closing of loan file on an "as needed" basis.
