As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, your role involves reviewing a large number of resumes and curriculum vitae to source the right candidates through various channels like job fairs, job seminars, cold calling, and referral recruiting. You will be responsible for screening resumes based on the client's job description, conducting interviews to assess skillsets, and coordinating interviews with higher management. Your work will align with the defined recruitment strategies to ensure the selection of suitable candidates. Qualifications required for this role include a minimum bachelor's degree in any stream. Strong oral and written English communication skills are essential. Candidates with 6 months to 1 year of experience are encouraged to apply. Key Responsibilities: - Reviewing resumes and curriculum vitae - Sourcing candidates through various channels - Screening resumes based on job descriptions - Conducting interviews to assess skillsets - Coordinating interviews with higher management - Following defined recruitment strategies Additional Details: This is a 100% on-site role based in our Ahmedabad Office.
