As a Recruitment Specialist at our organization, your primary responsibilities will include reviewing a large number of resumes or curriculum vitae to identify potential candidates. You will need to utilize various sourcing methods such as job fairs, job seminars, cold calling, and referral recruiting to attract suitable candidates. Screening resumes based on the job description provided by the client to assess professional and personal qualifications will also be part of your role. You will be responsible for conducting interviews, either over the phone or virtually, to evaluate skillsets and qualities that match the requirements. Additionally, coordinating interviews with higher management and assisting in the selection process while adhering to the recruitment strategies and processes defined by the organization/client/project. Qualifications Required: - Minimum educational requirement is a bachelor's degree in any stream - Strong oral and written English communication skills are essential - Junior candidates with 06 months to 1 year of experience are encouraged to apply Key Points for Consideration: - A 13-week training program consisting of Classroom Trainings & On-the-Job Training will be provided - The job timings include UK Shift (12:30 PM to 10:00 PM/ 1:30 PM to 11:00 PM) and US Shift (6:30 PM to 3:30 AM/ 7:30 PM to 4:30 AM) - The work schedule is 5 days a week - Please note that this is a 100% on-site role based in our Ahmedabad Office.,
