Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage full recruitment lifecycle: sourcing, screening, interviewing, shortlisting, and closing candidates.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships through regular meetings and calls.
  • Source candidates through job boards, LinkedIn, referrals, and internal CRM.
  • Write compelling job adverts and ensure maximum visibility across platforms.
  • Prepare candidates for interviews and manage feedback between clients and candidates.
  • Meet weekly/monthly KPIs and revenue targets.
  • Maintain accurate records of candidate and client communications in the database.


Required Skills & Experience:

  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience

    in recruitment (agency or in-house, UK preferred).
  • Proven track record of meeting/exceeding targets.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritise and manage time efficiently.
  • Familiarity with UK employment law and market trends is a plus.
  • Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and LinkedIn Recruiter.
