About the Role:

Senior IT Recruiter

Key Responsibilities:

• Utilize job portals, social media platforms (especially LinkedIn), and other sourcing tools to identify and attract top IT talent in the UK/EU region.
  
• Screen, evaluate, and shortlist candidates based on job requirements.
  
• Coordinate with Team Leads and Hiring Managers to understand role requirements and ensure candidate suitability before submission.
  
• Conduct initial interviews to assess candidate experience, communication, and technical skills.
  
• Clearly explain job responsibilities, salary structure, and benefits to candidates.
  
• Negotiate salary and finalize offer terms with selected candidates.
  
• Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and clients.
  
• Maintain and build strong relationships with both candidates and clients.
  
• Achieve monthly/quarterly hiring targets and recruitment KPIs.
  
• Maintain an up-to-date candidate database and recruitment tracker.
  

Required Skills & Experience:

• 3+ years

  of experience in IT recruitment,
• Strong understanding of IT roles, technologies, and terminologies.
  
• Hands-on experience using

  LinkedIn Recruiter

  , job boards, and social media for talent sourcing.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a target-driven environment.
  
• Tech-savvy and passionate about IT and emerging technologies.
