Domain Overview :

UK Pensions market

The work involves end-to-end pension administration and servicing
This is
NOT a US pensions requirement

Mandatory Experience Criteria

ONLY UK Pensions experience is acceptable
Candidates must have worked extensively in the
UK pensions / personal savings space

UK + US combination is acceptable
only if UK experience is primary

Candidates with hands-on experience in the below will be preferred:

SIPPs (Self-Invested Personal Pension Plans)
ISAs (Individual Savings Accounts)
Junior ISAs
Other UK personal pension savings products

NCR (Gurugram) & Pune
Work from Office only
UK Shift
Designation- Subject Matter Expert / Team Lead / Assistant Manager & Operations Manager
Pune Location- only Assistant Manager & Operations Manager Open - only face to face intervie
Gurgaon Location- SME / Team Lead / Assistant Manager & Operations Manager open. Virtual mode of Interview
Notice Period - Immediate to 30 Days can be considered

After selection need to reallocate to Gurgaon

UK Pensions

Must have experience in New Business, Money In/Out, Benefits

Cash Management & Recon, Payroll, Cash /Credit Control

Ensure accurate tax deductions, net payments, and timely submission to HMRC.

Maintain payroll records and support member queries.

Good to have form service industry
