Job Description

We are looking for a skilled UK & EMEA Payroll Administrator to join our team at Argus Media. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in payroll administration and excellent analytical skills.

Roles and Responsibility

Manage and administer the company's UK and EMEA payroll systems, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
Prepare and submit monthly/weekly/quarterly returns to HMRC and other relevant authorities.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and ensure timely payment of salaries and benefits.
Provide support and guidance to employees on payroll-related matters, including tax deductions and social security contributions.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to resolve any issues or discrepancies related to payroll processing.
Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures, maintaining confidentiality and integrity in all aspects of payroll administration.

Job Requirements

Strong knowledge of UK and EMEA payroll laws and regulations, including income tax and social security legislation.
Proficient in using payroll software such as [insert specific system].
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and the ability to work under pressure.
