About Us

GLA is a leading outsourcing firm providing end-to-end finance and compliance solutions to clients across the UK, US, and Canada. We’re expanding our UK team and looking for an experienced freelance professional for UK tax, VAT, and reporting work.

Role Responsibilities

• Prepare and file UK VAT Returns (standard/flat rate)
• File Corporate Tax Returns (CT600) and prepare statutory accounts
• Liaise with clients to gather sales and expense summaries
• Perform reconciliations and ensure data completeness
• Submit returns to HMRC and Companies House
• Handle SA100 filings

Required Experience

• 3–4+ years of UK accounting and tax compliance work
• Proficiency in tools like Xero, QuickBooks, TaxCalc, IRIS
• Understanding of UK GAAP, FRS 102/105, and HMRC processes
• Strong Excel and communication skills

Engagement Type & Remuneration

Freelance / Consultant (Remote)

• INR 40,000 – 60,000/month (based on engagement level)
