Job Description

Help design, build and continuously improve the clients online platform
Research, suggest and implement new technology solutions following best practices/standards
Take responsibility for the resiliency and availability of different products
Be a productive member of the team.

Requirements

Lead the UX design for mobile applications, focusing on complex user journeys and seamless end-to-end experiences.
Translate product concepts into user flows, wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes that deliver intuitive and impactful user experiences.
5+ years of UX design experience, preferably in designing complex mobile and digital solutions.
Proficiency in industry-standard design and collaboration tools such as Figma, OmniGraffle, or equivalent.
Basic knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript is a plus.
Strong ability to gather and interpret client requirements, translating them into complete and compelling user experiences.
Extensive experience applying UX best practices, with a deep understanding of mobile-first and responsive design principles.
Solid grasp of user-centered design (UCD) methodologies, including user research, usability testing, A/B testing, rapid prototyping, heuristic evaluation, and accessibility design.
Proven ability to iterate efficiently and refine designs based on insights and feedback.
Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate design rationale and processes clearly to teams and clients.
Strong understanding of design thinking and its application to solving real-world user problems.
Collaborative team player who can translate abstract ideas into actionable design outcomes.
Enthusiastic about collaboration and fast-paced delivery, maintaining quality within tight timelines.
Passionate about creating meaningful user experiences and resolving user pain points through innovative design.
Open to constructive feedback and dedicated to continuous learning.
Actively engaged with emerging UX trends, technologies, and design innovations.
