Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a WordPress Developer (UI/UX Designer) based in Indore.

The WordPress Developer will be responsible for designing and implementing visually appealing, user-centric websites using the WordPress platform. This role requires both technical expertise and a creative eye for design, ensuring seamless user experiences across all devices.

Day-to-day responsibilities include:

• Designing and developing custom WordPress themes and plugins
• Creating responsive, modern UI designs aligned with user needs and brand identity
• Converting Figma/Adobe XD wireframes into functional, high-quality web pages
• Managing website performance, updates, and security
• Troubleshooting and resolving website issues efficiently
• Collaborating with design, content, and marketing teams to deliver creative and functional web solutions
• Optimizing web pages for speed, usability, and SEO best practices

Additional UI/UX & Design Skills:

• 3–4 years of proven experience in WordPress & UI/UX
• Proficiency in Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or similar design tools
• Strong understanding of user journey mapping, wireframing, and prototyping
• Ability to create design systems, style guides, and interactive mockups
• Knowledge of color theory, typography, layout principles, and responsive design
• Experience in conducting UX research and usability testing to improve user experience
• Familiarity with accessibility standards (WCAG) and mobile-first design
• Hands-on skills in HTML, CSS, JS, jQuery, PHP
• Strong understanding of user flows and information architecture
