Job Title : UI/UX Design Trainer Location : Appin Technology, Coimbatore Job Type : Full-Time / Part-Time Experience : 1 to 5 Years Salary : Based on Experience and Availability About Appin Technology : Appin Technology is a leading software training institute in Coimbatore, focused on delivering industry-relevant training with placement support. We are currently hiring a UI/UX Design Trainer to train and mentor students who are preparing for careers in UI/UX and Product Design. Position Overview : We are looking for a passionate and experienced UI/UX Design Trainer who can deliver high-quality training to students. This role is ideal for individuals with a strong design background who are eager to mentor and shape the next generation of UI/UX professionals. Roles & Responsibilities : Conduct in-person and/or online training sessions on UI/UX Design. Teach design concepts such as: Design Thinking, User Research, Wireframing, Prototyping Tools: Required Tools Responsive Design and Mobile-first Design Guide students through hands-on projects and portfolio building. Create and maintain training content, assignments, and assessments. Evaluate student progress and provide feedback and mentorship. Stay up-to-date with the latest trends in UI/UX design and integrate them into the curriculum. Required Skills : Proficiency in tools and other UI/UX software. Strong understanding of UX principles, user research, and wireframing techniques. Good communication and teaching skills. Passion for mentoring and guiding freshers and job seekers. Prior experience in teaching or mentoring (preferred, not mandatory). Eligibility : Degree or Diploma in Design, HCI, Visual Communication, or related fields.
