Role Overview:

UI/UX Leader

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of UI/UX designers to deliver best-in-class digital experiences for FinTech products.


• Define and drive user experience vision and strategy aligned with business objectives and brand values.


• Collaborate cross-functionally with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to conceptualize, design, prototype, and validate user journeys across web and mobile platforms.


• Create and enforce design systems, UI standards, and reusable components for consistency and scalability.


• Oversee and participate in user research, usability testing, and competitor analysis to inform design decisions.


• Ensure that designs comply with financial industry standards for security, accessibility, and regulatory guidelines.


• Translate complex product requirements into intuitive, user-friendly flows, wireframes, prototypes, mockups, and visual designs.


• Present design concepts and user flows to leadership, articulating rationale and user impact.


• Continuously champion design thinking, user empathy, and innovation throughout the organization.

Key Requirements :

• 7 8 years of total professional experience in UI/UX design, of which at least 2 3 years must be in the FinTech or BFSI domain.


• Bachelor s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or related discipline.


• Strong portfolio showcasing digital product experiences, especially within financial or regulated industries.


• Deep knowledge of interaction design, visual design, information architecture, and user research methodologies.


• Mastery of design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or equivalent.


• Experience building and maintaining design systems for large-scale web and mobile apps.


• Proven experience in managing, mentoring, and growing design teams.


• Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.


• Understanding of front-end development and feasibility constraints is a plus.


• Up-to-date with the latest design trends, usability standards, and best practices in FinTech.
