As a Website Designer at our company, you will play a crucial role in designing visually appealing and user-friendly websites that align with our brand and business goals. Your responsibilities will include creating wireframes, mockups, and prototypes, collaborating closely with developers, conducting user research, and ensuring websites are responsive and optimized for various devices. Your expertise in UI/UX design using tools like Figma, Adobe XD, and design software such as Photoshop and Illustrator will be essential in delivering high-quality web experiences. Key Responsibilities: - Design visually appealing and user-friendly websites and landing pages. - Create wireframes, mockups, and prototypes using Figma, Adobe XD, or similar tools. - Collaborate with developers to ensure accurate implementation of designs. - Ensure websites are responsive and optimized for mobile, tablet, and desktop. - Apply best practices in UI/UX design, accessibility, and usability. - Conduct user research and testing to validate design decisions. - Maintain design consistency and adherence to brand guidelines. - Collaborate with marketing, product, and development teams to deliver high-quality web experiences. Qualifications Required: - Proven experience as a Web Designer or UI/UX Designer. - Strong portfolio showcasing web design work, especially projects created with Figma or equivalent tools. - Proficiency in design software: Figma, Adobe XD, Photoshop, Illustrator, etc. - Solid understanding of UI/UX principles, responsive design, and web accessibility. - Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and basic web development concepts (a plus, not mandatory). - Ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines. - Strong communication and collaboration skills. Preferred Qualifications: - Experience with tools like Shopify, WordPress, Magento. - Knowledge of motion design or micro-interactions (e.g., using Framer or Principle). - Understanding of SEO and performance optimization from a design standpoint.
