UI/UX Developer

You will be responsible for creating design artefacts at different stages of the product development cycle, such as user experience flows, wireframes, sketches, and interactive prototypes. Additionally, you will create high-resolution mockups and design assets. You will collaborate with the design and product management teams to distill complex user needs and business requirements into intuitive and elegant user-centric design solutions. As an advocate for the end user, you will continuously strive to enhance the user experience. Key Responsibilities: - Create design artefacts including user experience flows, wireframes, sketches, interactive prototypes, high-resolution mockups, and design assets - Collaborate with design and product management teams to translate user needs and business requirements into user-centric design solutions - Advocate for the end user to ensure a meaningful user experience - Work with a remote team of designers, engineers, and project managers Qualifications Required: - 1 to 2 years of professional experience in UI/UX design - Proficiency in HTML, CSS, Javascript, and Bootstrap or equivalent framework - Experience in designing and iterating on web apps with a strong understanding of mobile-first and responsive design - Familiarity with digital design tools like Sketch, Photoshop, Coreldraw, etc. - Knowledge of user-centered design and usability principles - Strong problem-solving skills - Good communication skills - Experience working in an Agile/Scrum development process Please note that the ideal candidate for this position should have an eye for clean and artful web design.,
