Job Summary The UI/UX Developer at Synechron is responsible for designing user-centered digital experiences that are intuitive and visually engaging. This role is crucial in ensuring that our digital products meet the needs of our target audience while aligning with business objectives. The Sr. Associate will lead efforts in user research and testing, collaborating with the product development team to create seamless and consistent user experiences. Software Requirements Required: Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Figma, or Adobe Creative Suite Knowledge of HTML/CSS and JavaScript for prototyping and interaction design Familiarity with accessibility and inclusive design practices Preferred: Experience with Agile development methodologies Overall Responsibilities Conduct user research and testing to gather insights and inform design decisions. Develop user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity visual designs for digital products. Collaborate with the product development team to ensure technical feasibility of designs. Communicate design concepts and rationale to stakeholders, including business leaders and developers. Stay current with emerging UI/UX design trends and technologies, bringing new ideas to the team. Lead design reviews and usability testing to validate design concepts and identify improvements. Ensure designs are accessible and inclusive for all users, including people with disabilities. Day-to-Day Activities Design and develop user interfaces for digital products, ensuring they are user-friendly and align with business goals. Conduct user testing sessions and analyze feedback to refine designs. Participate in regular team meetings to discuss project progress and align design strategies. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate user-centric designs into development processes. Present design concepts and updates to stakeholders for feedback and approval. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field. Continuous professional development in UI/UX design and emerging technologies is expected.
