UI/UX Developer

We are seeking an individual with expertise in UI design, UX design, and front-end development to become a valuable addition to our expanding company. You should possess a natural flair for comprehending human-computer interaction design (HCID), devising sophisticated solutions to enhance our applications, and proficiency in JavaScript, jQuery, JSON, NodeJS, React, or Angular. With 2-4 years of experience, you will be responsible for collaborating with product managers and engineers to gather and assess user requirements. Additionally, you will be tasked with illustrating design concepts through storyboards, process flows, and sitemaps. Your role will involve designing graphic user interface elements, constructing page navigation buttons and search fields, and developing UI mockups and prototypes to elucidate site functionality and appearance. Moreover, you will be expected to create original graphic designs, present drafts to internal teams and stakeholders, identify and rectify UX issues, and make layout adjustments based on user feedback. Adhering to style standards on fonts, colors, and images is crucial, as is formulating UI and UX strategies aligned with our objectives. Furthermore, you will be responsible for producing and managing digital assets, such as interface design files, wireframes, and interactive mockups using tools like Photoshop. To excel in this role, you must have a minimum of 2 years of experience as a UI/UX designer, a portfolio showcasing JavaScript proficiency and familiarity with SOLID design principles, and expertise in CSS, CSS extension languages, and CSS preprocessor tools. Previous work experience in a similar role and a portfolio of design projects will be advantageous. Proficiency in wireframe tools, design software like Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop, Git version control, and command-line usage is essential. Familiarity with Shopify Liquid Template, Handlebar, and being a self-learner are desirable attributes. Candidates with educational qualifications such as BCA/MCA, BCS/MCS, BE, B.Tech, or any relevant UI courses will be preferred for this full-time position.
